General Info:

All-inclusive program valid from 10.00 till 00.00 o clock.
Dress code applies in all restaurants and bars.
Cold buffet or cold plate available for late arrivals.
Hotel is not friendly to handicaps.
No pets allowed.
Parking free.
Some outdoor facilities and services might not be available in early April and late October.
Some bars might operate periodically
All outdoor services are depending on weather conditions.

Restaurants:

The main restaurant, "Ambrosia", air-conditioned buffet restaurant.

American-style breakfast buffet 07:15 - 10:00
Lunch buffet 12:30 - 14:00
Dinner buffet 18:30 - 21:30 including show cooking.

Children buffet available during dinner from 20 May -30 September.

Taverna "Athena":
Operation time: 10:00 – 18:00:

Hot and cold snacks 11:00 – 17:00 (self -service).
Coffee time: 16:00 -17:00 “Athena a la carte Restaurant ” 19:30 – 21:15 ( from first week of June to 30 September five days a week)

Bars:

The main bar "Bacchus"
Operation time: 18.00-01.00

The beach bar "Pelagos"
Operation time: 10.00-01.00

Notice: the beach bar estimated operating period is approx. 15th MAY – 20TH OCTOBER Depending on weather conditions.

The "wet" bar "Poseidon"
Operation time: 10.00-18.00

Pools info:

All pools with fresh water.
Pool opening hours 08.30-20.00.
Our indoor pool is not heated and is part of our spa center.

Pool and beach towels:

We offer 1 towel per person free of charge.

Upon arrival clients take special cards from our reception desk with which they can take and change daily the towels from our pergola (kiosk next to the beach) from 10.00-18.00.
In case guests do not return the towel back at the end of their staying we charge 15 euro per towel.

Our beach:

Hotel has its private white pebble beach awarded with the European Blue Flag. Bathing shoes are recommended.

Wi-Fi connection:

We offer free Wi –Fi connection at the reception and lobby area.
Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and all outside areas is with extra charge per device.

Animation/ entertainment:

Soft animation program will be available, at the beginning and at the end of the season and full animation program during the most of the season (20th May till 15th of October).

Children animation:

Operation time 10.00-12.30 & 15.00-17.30.
Children age 04-12 years old.
Mini –club international speaking staff.

Sports available:

Fitness center free.
Tennis court (with the equipment) free of charge ,extra charge for the light.
Table tennis free.
Darts free.
Game room with billiard and other electronic games (with extra charge).

Spa & wellness:

All spa & cosmetic services always with extra charge.
Spa center will be renovated in summer 2017.

Late check out service:

The check-out time is always at 12:00 max.

After this point there are some options available:

The Day Use service: this option gives you the opportunity to extend the use of the room till 18:00 with a small charge 40.00€
Please note that there is no cleaning service included, only the extension of the room.
This service is depending on the availability of the day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
We also offer a luggage room and a public shower and of course the possibilities to use all hotels facilities till your departure time with no extra cost.
